Where we ship
We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses or destinations outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order to an eligible destination. There is one shipping method; no expedited service is offered.
Order cutoff & business days
Our order cutoff is 7:00 p.m. CST (UTC−06:00), fixed year-round. This is not daylight-saving-adjusted Chicago local time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter processing that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Handling time
Order processing takes an estimated 1–2 business days from the applicable processing start day. Handling time is separate from transit time.
Transit & total delivery time
Standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Combined handling and transit time is approximately 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays or holidays may affect delivery.
